Nethersole School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, CUHK – PACT Programme for Parents of Children with SHCN

We worked on a digital solution to support parents of children with Special Health Care Needs (SHCN) through self-help resources and structured online group sessions. The project focused on creating a reliable and user-friendly platform that parents could easily access at different times, whether at home or between appointments.
